Reversing questions/answers - two issues

1. Reversing questions and answers should probably be a feature that is done from the data entry page rather buried in the "Advanced Features"
2. For lessons created in the PC builder with audio, the "spawn and reverse" technique appears to lose all the audio.

Currently the reverse feature does not support sound. We will add that capability in a future release.
