Link text colors in navigation panel - minor quibble

When you click on 'Most Recent', for example, it turns orange, and a red symbol appears to the left of the link, to indicate to you that you are currently viewing the Microlessons sorted by time of posting.
I find the orange text, at that size font, on the gray background, just slightly hard to read. I like that the orange matches the word Blinkr, as the site title, but if others agree, could the orange be darkened just a few shades?

And when you're in the Forum, like now, it doesn't show the Forum as orange...
